SAM ROACH'S DAY IS ABOUT TO GET A WHOLE LOT WORSE...

Synopsis:

 

On a day when an £80m consignment of diamonds has gone missing; Steve Roach, the CEO of an international gem and bullion shipping company, hopes that finally going home puts the day from hell behind him.

 

However, this quest for inner peace is on the line, when the normally mundane journey home takes a fatal twist after he falls prey to a secretly executed honey trap in a coffee shop on his way to the station. Oblivious to this deception and eventually arriving at his home station, Roach picks up the keys to a courtesy vehicle that his local garage have dropped off for him.

 

Now on the final leg of his journey, a mystery caller menacingly urges him to take the next exit from the highway or face the consequences of not doing so. Shocked by the hostility and the bombshell revelation that his business partner is now dead, he takes the exit and is guided to a disused airfield and soon realises that he has been made a prisoner in a vehicle which has been rigged with high explosives.

 

With the futility of his predicament quickly sinking in and nightfall adding to his feelings of despair and hopelessness, his life now hangs on a thread and he must do whatever the mysterious voice at the end of his phone demands.

 

With just 12 hours to dawn and his terrified, pregnant wife held hostage, Roach has to comply or lose everything that he loves and holds dear.
